The Newspaper Works and the Pacific Area Newspaper Publishers’ Association presents awards to recognise outstanding achievements in every part of the industry, from outstanding journalism and editorial leadership, to world-class marketing of news and new brands, to the the technical aspects of print and production and excellence in advertising and newspaper sales.

Ad Awards
The Association’s annual Ad Awards celebrate in-house creative excellence. These awards include advertising and campaigns for clients, plus advertising to promote the sale of newspapers and the power of advertising. The awards continue to be updated to feature digital advertising solutions, including smartphones and iPads and other tablet computers. The Awards also embrace executive excellence, offering personal awards for ad manager of the year, display executive, online executive, best bundling solution, classifieds executive and creative services professional.
